Anand DK brings more than four decades of transformative leadership across architecture, real estate development, construction, manufacturing, consulting, and academia. As a trained architect and strategic thinker, he excels at fusing creative design with operational discipline, propelling teams from bold concepts to precise execution on projects of lasting impact. His portfolio boasts landmark achievements, including the Cisco Expansion Master Plan, Bharti Airtel Workplace Guidelines, and innovative mixed-use developments. With collaborations across India, the Americas, and the Middle East, Anand has navigated complex, high-stakes environments to deliver results that stand the test of time. A Chartered Surveyor from RICS (United Kingdom) and a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects, Anand has also shaped the next generation of professionals. He served as Professor and Design Chair at the College of Architecture, Trivandrum, and as Adjunct Faculty at Government College of Architecture, Lucknow. Today, he mentors the PlanIN infrastructure design lab, incubated under IIT Delhi, fostering innovation in the built environment. Currently, Anand spearheads Planning and operations at JCJR design practice while incubating a luxury senior living project at Spoke Consulting — blending his architectural roots with forward-thinking business strategy.
